This website is operated by Cribberry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cribberry. Cribberry is a brand owned and operated by Scavela LLC. Cribberry offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink:

SECTION 1 - UNIVERSAL TIMEFRAME & COMMUNICATION

  • Timezone: All operational hours, order cut-off times, and policy deadlines (including shipping and return windows) are governed exclusively by Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Mandatory Communication: To ensure a time-stamped record, all formal requests regarding cancellations, returns, or refunds must be submitted exclusively via email to hello@cribberry.com. Requests via social media or phone are not considered official notifications.

SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • Free Shipping Scope: We offer Free Standard Shipping exclusively to the Contiguous United States and Canada.

  • Included Contiguous States: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia (D.C.).

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a flat shipping fee of $200 USD.

  • Other States & Regions: For shipping inquiries regarding Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), please reach us through hello@cribberry.com.

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and weight of our furniture, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Duties: All customs, duties, and import taxes for the USA and Canada are 100% covered by Scavela LLC.

  • Returns: While initial delivery to the contiguous regions is free, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item to our authorized warehouse, as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS & RESTOCKING FEES

  • 24-Hour Window: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours (EST) of purchase.

  • Post-24 Hour Cancellation: Requests made after the 24-hour window but prior to shipment are subject to a 15% restocking and operation fee.

  • Returns: A 15% restocking fee applies to all "Change of Mind" returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS & EXPERT DESIGN

  • Design & Production: Every Cribberry product is designed by our team and expertly produced by our specialized manufacturing partners in Turkey.

  • Representation: We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

SECTION 7 - TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cribberry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Cribberry, Scavela LLC, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of Delaware).
