Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Cribberry. We are committed to providing premium Montessori furniture designed for safety, independence, and comfort. Cribberry is a brand owned and operated by Scavela LLC.

1. Universal Timeframe (EST)

All timeframes, order cut-off times, and delivery schedules mentioned in our policies are based exclusively on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection to ensure it meets our high safety standards before dispatch.

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 AM (EST) – Monday to Friday.
Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days (EST).
Weekend Policy: Orders placed after 2:00 AM EST on Friday, or during Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing on the following Monday.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the Contiguous United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

Note on Multi-Box Shipments: Due to the size and weight of our furniture, large items may ship in two or more separate boxes. These boxes may arrive on different days depending on the carrier’s logistics.

4. Destinations & Regional Surcharges

To ensure transparency, please note the following regarding our shipping destinations:

Contiguous USA & Canada: Free Shipping applies to Canada and the 48 adjoining U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia (D.C.).
Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI): Shipping to these states is subject to a flat fee of $200 USD.
Other Regions & States: For shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), please reach us through hello@cribberry.com for a custom quote.
P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and weight of our furniture, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

5. No Customs or Import Duties

We handle the complexities of international logistics so our customers don't have to.

Pre-paid Duties: For all orders shipped to the USA and Canada, all customs, duties, and import taxes are 100% covered by Scavela LLC.
Transparent Pricing: The price displayed at checkout is your final price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery.

6. Shipping Origins

Origin: Our products are designed by our team and expertly produced by our specialized manufacturing partners in Turkey.
Dispatch: All orders are dispatched from our logistics hub in Istanbul.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Multiple Tracking Numbers: If your order consists of multiple boxes, you may receive more than one tracking number. Please check your tracking page to see the status of each individual package.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged during transit:

Reporting Window: Please contact us immediately at hello@cribberry.com within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage with photos.
Resolution: Scavela LLC will handle the claim with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement at no extra cost to you.
