Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to Cribberry. We take immense pride in the quality of our Montessori furniture. Because our items are large and involve international logistics, we have strict protocols to ensure fairness and safety. Cribberry is owned and operated by Scavela LLC.
1. Universal Timeframe (EST)
All timeframes mentioned in our policies (cancellations, returns, shipping, and support) are based exclusively on Eastern Standard Time (EST). This applies to every deadline, date, and time-stamp regarding your order.
2. Mandatory Communication Method
To ensure your request is documented and processed efficiently, all cancellation, return, and refund requests must be submitted exclusively via email to hello@cribberry.com.

Requests made via phone, social media, or other channels will not be recognized as official and will not initiate policy windows.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
We allow a 24-hour window for free cancellations after an order has been placed.

Within 24 Hours (EST): To cancel your order for a full refund, you must email us within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): Subject to a 15% restocking and operation fee.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard return process.
4. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days (EST) from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
5. Damages and Defective Items
We provide free replacements for items that arrive damaged. You must email hello@cribberry.com within 48 hours (EST) of delivery with:

Clear photos of the unopened exterior box (showing the shipping label).

Clear photos of the specific damaged part.

Resolution: Verified damages result in free replacement parts. Full refunds are only issued if the item is non-functional and cannot be fixed with components.
6. Shipping & Standard Returns
We offer Free Shipping on initial orders to the Contiguous USA and Canada. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping fee of $200 USD applies.
What is the Contiguous USA?
The contiguous United States refers to the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus the District of Columbia. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore territories.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska
Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and D.C.
- Return Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our authorized warehouse in Turkey.

Return Authorization: You must email us for approval. Our Delaware office is not a return center.

Return Shipping: Customers may request a prepaid label (cost deducted from refund) or use their own carrier (customer covers all costs/duties).

Restocking Fee: A 15% fee is deducted from all "Change of Mind" returns.
7. Exchanges
Due to the size and international logistics of our furniture, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or size, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order on our website.
8. Refunds & Inspection Process
Once delivered to our facility, the item must undergo a technical inspection.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (EST).
